Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

You can request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in perfect, unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our end.

To start a return, simply send us a message on Instagram — it’s that easy. We’ll guide you through the process, and once received, returns or exchanges are processed within 4–5 working days.
